Make a Referral

Information for Referrers

Thank you for considering I Am ME Clinical Psychology for your patients. We provide evidence-based, neuroaffirming interventions tailored to support the well-being of children, adolescents, and young adults. We welcome referrals from general practitioners, paediatricians, psychiatrists, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

We accept referrals under:

  • Medicare-subsidised care plans, including:

    • Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP)

    • Neurodevelopmental Complex Pathway

  • NDIS (self- or plan-managed)

  • Private health cover

  • Self-referrals (private sessions)

How to Refer

  1. Send the referral via email to hello@IamMEclinicalpsychology.com.au.

  2. Provide a copy of the Mental Health Care Plan to the patient and ask them to contact us directly to schedule an appointment.


Collaborative Care

We believe in seamless communication and collaborative care to optimise client outcomes. In line with Medicare requirements, we provide regular updates regarding the client’s progress and will inform you of any additional healthcare needs that arise.
