Fees & Policies

Sessions: $270.00 for a 50 minute session (in person and online).

Out of pocket $128.15 with a Mental Health Care Plan.

Psychological Letters: Charged at an hourly rate of $270 (+GST).

Medicare
You may be eligible for a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) after an assessment with your GP, which provides rebates for up to 10 psychological therapy sessions per year, up to $141.85 per session.

Private Health Insurance
You may be eligible for rebates through your private health fund. Please check with your provider for details. Please note you cannot use private health insurance and Medicare rebates for the same session.

NDIS
Yes, we work with families accessing therapy through NDIS plans (self and plan-managed only).

Autism Assessment: $1900

ADHD Assessment: $1900

Comprehensive Assessment (ADHD & Autism): $2500

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment for the full assessment must be received before scheduling the feedback session. An invoice will be provided after the last assessment.

Note: If you're considering ADHD medication, it may be more cost-effective to consult a psychiatrist for an assessment, as only they can provide ADHD medication.

We require two business days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If your session is on a Monday, please cancel by Friday the week prior.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur the full session fee. Telehealth sessions are available as an alternative if you’re unable to attend in person.
